SOUND A LITTLE FAMILIAR?
Shoes on. Bag packed. Teeth brushed. Sometimes the smallest tasks take the biggest amount of energy. FamilyTasker gives your family a shared place to see what’s next, notice effort and celebrate progress.
A simple task and a familiar picture can make “what now?” easier to answer.
Points, completed tasks and streaks give everyday effort something children can see.
Agree on a routine together, then spend your energy encouraging—not just repeating.
REAL DAYS. LITTLE ADVENTURES.
From getting dressed to winding down, make the everyday feel a little more achievable. Here are a few routines you can create together.

FOR THE DAYS WHEN STARTING IS THE HARD PART
For a child with ADHD, “just get ready” can be a lot to hold in mind. A routine can start with something more concrete: one clear task, one small success, and encouragement along the way.
FamilyTasker is an organisation tool, not ADHD treatment. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent ADHD, or guarantee behavioural outcomes.
Swap a big instruction for something specific, like “put your book in your bag”.
Pair a completed step with specific praise. Points can add a visible marker of progress.
Use recurring tasks and adjust the plan when a day is harder. A missed task is information, not a label.

SOMETHING TO LOOK FORWARD TO
Let your child help choose. A family game, picking the film or choosing your next adventure can turn points into something personal.

BUILT FROM FAMILY LIFE
How can everyday tasks feel less like a battle? FamilyTasker grew from a parent’s conversation with their child’s psychologist about timely encouragement and rewards. The idea became a simple tool: make the next step clear, make progress visible, and create more opportunities to say “well done”.
Not perfect days. More chances to try again.

A LITTLE HELP FOR REAL-LIFE ROUTINES
MORE CONNECTION. LESS REPEATING.
The goal isn’t a perfect checklist. It’s more chances to notice effort, encourage independence and enjoy being on the same team.
Give the next step a home outside your head. Check what’s done, recognise the effort and save some energy for the moments you want more of.
A task they understand. Progress they can see. A reward they helped choose. Little opportunities to say “I can do this”.

One task. One high-five. One lovely moment together.

GOOD QUESTIONS

No. FamilyTasker is a family organisation tool, not a medical treatment or a clinically validated ADHD intervention. It cannot promise changes in dopamine, symptom improvement or prevention of future procrastination. Discuss ongoing difficulties with a qualified professional.
No. A parent can set up a child profile without the child’s own email address. Profiles, activity and uploads can still be personal data. Read our Privacy Policy and supervise what your family shares.
Yes—download FamilyTasker and start using it for free. Optional paid extras are available in the app, and the free experience includes ads. You can explore the details after downloading.
Try something small, realistic and shared: choosing a family game, picking the story or an activity together. Points are not money. Never make affection, food, rest or essential care conditional on points or ad viewing.
